High Tide Fervor

Fervor harness fresh ingredients, with a focus on locally sourced and native produce, presenting it in a unique location to create a culinary journey where diners get to explore unique flavors enhanced by their immediate surroundings. As a celebration of Fremantle’s inaugural biennale High Tide, Fervor will host an intimate event at the Whalers Tunnel expressing the flavours of Fremantle.

Meet at the High Tide hub before settling into an unforgettable, intimate 8-course dinner with snacks, petit fours, local craft beers and wine.

Please wear warm clothing. Ticket buyers will be able to notify Fervor at time of booking of any dietary requirements. Menu will be unveiled on the evening.
